She inherited and lived at Rackery Hall (or Yr Acre Hall) Llay, from her father and then left it to her sister Ruth Speed on her death in 1776. She also inherited land in Llanfwrog nr Ruthin from her father which may have been where Thomas Jones (described as “of Penygaltegva”) father of Magdalen Jones her cousin, and grandfather of Richard Jones of Llay lived.
